Enforcement procedure

In accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1524 of 11 October 2018 and on the basis of Art. 58d, para. 1 of the Electronic Governance Act, the Executive Forest Agency has established the following procedure for handling reports:

  • Reports submitted under the Electronic Governance Act regarding violations of the accessibility requirements for the content of the IAG website may be submitted in person or through an authorised representative, on paper or in electronic form, including by fax and e-mail (iag@iag.bg).
  • Reports received by the Agency are registered in IAG's records-management system on the day of receipt and are reviewed within one month of the date of registration. Within the same period a reply is prepared and sent, containing: a description of the actions and measures taken to remedy the accessibility violation and the timeframe within which the identified violations will be remedied, or a reasoned refusal, in cases where the request is considered unfounded or unlawful.

If IAG does not respond to a report within the period stated above, or does not take the remedial measures indicated in its reply, the citizen or organisation that submitted the report may file a complaint with the Executive Director of IAG.
